Warranty 
Products supplied by Bike Alert Hellas EPE are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to be suitable for the application and use as originally intended by the vehicle OEM Manufacturer. In the event of any issues please contact your supplier. 

Returns Policy 
Bike Alert Hellas EPE offers the option to return most items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. This is in line with your statutory cancellation rights for all ‘distance selling’ in the EU. An outline of our Returns Policy is detailed below: 

• Applies to items purchased directly from Bike Alert Hellas online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson. 
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Proof of Purchase may be requested. 
• Any item to be returned must be done so in the condition it was originally purchased: undamaged, sealed, unused and fit for resale. 
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping 
• Customers will be refunded with store credit to the value of the items returned plus the standard shipping cost associated with the original purchase if applicable. Please note that any claims regarding products missing or damaged in transit must be reported within 5 working days of date of invoice and will be dealt with separately to the Returns Policy outlined above.
